And thats my harddrive formated and windows reinstalled. Guild wars still won't install, but a reinstall was overdue anyway.

And now my ISP knows about the following issue (they updated their network status just after I started the reinstall):

Worst case time to repair is early tomorrow morning if we need to reset our node. However, we are working with our supplier to fix the problem & will be trying to repair seamlessly ASAP

Considering that guild wars uses port 80 (http), I'm thinking this could be related. Their phone message says that it will be fixed by 10 am tomorrow, so I'll check back then.
